It’s not just what we do — it’s how we do it. Spokane HVAC built on honesty, quality, and care.
Honest Work
We focus on what’s best for you — not what makes us the most money. If a repair makes more sense than a full install, that’s what we’ll do. Our goal is to get your system working right.
Quality Services
Whether it’s a repair, a new install, or a quick diagnostic — we do it right, with care and attention to detail. No shortcuts. Just solid, reliable work every time.
Affordable Pricing

Dennis and David did an excellent job. They completed the job and came in a considerable amount below the estimate. They went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure things were right. The whole Provision HVAC team was excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Vitaliy and the team at Provision Heating & Air did an amazing job with our new HVAC system.
1. Vitaliy came out to our house and gave us quotes for several different options. From expensive brand new systems to value engineered repairs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He never once tried to up sell us on unnecessary upgrades and came across as helpful, honest, and professional.
2. We agreed to do a full system replacement with the understanding that we had a short window to get the installation done. Vitaliy committed to it, moved some things around, and the entire system was installed, tested, and inspected by LNI within a week.
3. The team that did the installation was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They left nothing undone and the whole process took little more than a single day. The inspection passed with flying colors on the first shot.
The system is performing beautifully and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Provision Heating & Air to anyone and will be calling them for any future repairs and maintenance.

David was professional and knowledgeable when doing a service call for our furnace-AC. The system is 23 years old and some repair is needed for each. He took the time to research cost of repair parts so we could compare cost to a new installation. He wasn’t pushy about purchasing a new system with him and gave us all of the detailed information we need to make our decision.
He was able to get us in for a service call a day after I called. There was great communication regarding his arrival time.
I would recommend Provision Heating and Cooling!

The type of service everyone needs.
First time with Provision, used "Gemini" to find a company that had the ratings and reviews we needed to feel confident with the emergent service we needed. Angel answered the phone bright and early, and what a blessing 😇! Travis and Angel fit us in the schedule the same day: service was prompt, efficient, and polite. Many thanks to you both of you. 💗

They were very prompt at coming to diagnose what my problem was and they did their best to get things fixed even with a bit of a mistake on their part they were very quick to fix the problem. I would call them again, even with the tech error, because they’re good customer service
