1. Vitaliy came out to our house and gave us quotes for several different options. From expensive brand new systems to value engineered repairs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He never once tried to up sell us on unnecessary upgrades and came across as helpful, honest, and professional.

2. We agreed to do a full system replacement with the understanding that we had a short window to get the installation done. Vitaliy committed to it, moved some things around, and the entire system was installed, tested, and inspected by LNI within a week.

3. The team that did the installation was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They left nothing undone and the whole process took little more than a single day. The inspection passed with flying colors on the first shot.

The system is 23 years old and some repair is needed for each. He took the time to research cost of repair parts so we could compare cost to a new installation. He wasn’t pushy about purchasing a new system with him and gave us all of the detailed information we need to make our decision.
